1. General Terms
- All bookings are confirmed digitally upon successful payment.
- Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to [insert email address] or through the booking platform used.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
2. Accommodation Bookings
- Full refund if the booking is cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show.
- Early check-outs after arrival are non-refundable.
3. Event and Venue Bookings
- Full refund if cancelled 10 days or more before the event date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 5–9 days before the event.
- No refund if cancelled within 4 days of the event date or for no-shows.
- Rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability and management discretion.
4. Special or Promotional Bookings
- Bookings under discounts, offers, or promotional packages are non-refundable.
- Changes or cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
5. Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb, BookMyShow, or MakeMyTrip), the respective platform’s cancellation and refund policy will apply. Please refer to their terms for further details.
6. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show and will be non-refundable.
7. Booking Modifications
- Date changes or booking amendments are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.
- A maximum of one modification is allowed per booking, unless otherwise approved by management.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, FeelHome Fort Kochi reserves the right to:
- Offer rescheduling options, or
- Issue partial refunds at management’s discretion.
